Ethics and Behavior Code
Created to promote GDM’s values and to set the guidelines for proper organizational behaviors, GDM’s Ethics Code is designed for all coworkers, in every position, that act on behalf of the Group. It is a guide for good conduct in a global, complex and ever changing environment. It is mandatory and all team members are expected to act according to the principles established in this document.
Conflict of Interest
This document was created to establish guidelines with regards to situations that may generate conflicts of interest between GDM objectives and coworkers or other parties involved. Having transparency as its main goal, this policy was designed to prevent and bring solutions to conflicts of interest so as to avoid negative impacts on the Group or on any party involved.
